- What does a Room Refresh cost?
- The Signature Room Refresh™ is $149 during the private beta, for one room.
- How long does it take?
- Five business days, beginning after we receive your completed questionnaire and required room photographs.
- Is a call required?
- No. The entire experience is asynchronous — one room, delivered digitally, no video call required.
- What do I need to provide?
- Three to six clear photographs of the room, approximate dimensions, what must stay, what can change, and how you would like the room to feel. A sketch or floor plan is optional.
- What counts as one room?
- One defined space. Open-plan areas are handled as the single primary zone you would like us to focus on.
- Are the recommended pieces included in the price?
- No. The $149 covers your personalized Room Refresh Book. Any furnishings and décor you choose to purchase are separate.
- What does the refinement round include?
- One reasonable refinement: adjusting warmth or colour direction, swapping an accent, replacing an unavailable recommendation, or correcting a keep-item we misunderstood. It does not include a completely new aesthetic, a different room, major new scope, or construction or technical design. Your refinement request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery of your Room Refresh Book.
- What if a recommended piece sells out?
- Availability changes constantly. If something is unavailable, a replacement recommendation is exactly what the refinement round is for.
- Can you help with a renovation?
- No. This is a virtual styling and design-direction service. It does not include architectural plans, technical drawings, space planning for code compliance, structural recommendations, electrical or plumbing plans, contractor documentation, or permit-ready design.
- What is your refund policy?
- Because each Honey & Hems Signature Room Refresh™ is a personalized service, you may request a full refund before your completed Room Refresh questionnaire is submitted and before design work has begun. Once your completed questionnaire has been received and work on your Room Refresh has begun, the service fee is non-refundable. If Honey & Hems is unable to complete your Room Refresh, you will receive a full refund.

Honey & Hems Signature Room Refresh™ is a virtual styling and design-direction service. Concept visuals are inspirational representations and may not depict exact scale, dimensions, construction details or exact product appearance. This service does not include architectural plans, technical drawings, space planning for code compliance, structural recommendations, electrical/plumbing plans, contractor documentation or permit-ready design. Always verify measurements, product specifications and installation requirements before purchasing or making permanent changes.
Cancellation & Refunds
Because each Honey & Hems Signature Room Refresh™ is a personalized service, you may request a full refund before your completed Room Refresh questionnaire is submitted and before design work has begun. Once your completed questionnaire has been received and work on your Room Refresh has begun, the service fee is non-refundable. If Honey & Hems is unable to complete your Room Refresh, you will receive a full refund.

Your refinement request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery of your Room Refresh Book.
